Day trips or two day trips
My wife and I enjoy taking our motorcycle on day trips, sometimes overnighters. Even if we drove in the car, we have found that there are wonderful destinations within an hour or so of the Villages. For example, Homosassa Springs is fun and has a few good waterfront restaurants. Same with Crystal River. We enjoy an occasional trip to Daytona Beach.
