Thanks, I found the Frontline website. FYI for anyone considering these, they list two wireless models, one which dials out via land line or magic jack type, and one which is cellular phone capable. Prices range from $120-$285 without add-ons.

update: After reading more about this system, the SCM model which supports cellphone compatible dialing, only uses a SMC (AT&T and one other) sim cards, not compatible with Verizon. IMO, I think it's best to have a land line if you want to use the dialing out feature with any of these systems. If you just want to use the alarm system to alert you when sleeping or to scare off a burglar, then any of these systems should work.
