I had never heard of Topix until a couple of days ago. I just read several pages of The Villages forum on it and it was sickening to see how mean spirited some people can be. It actually sounded like a high school clique was gossiping about an unpopular person. Very juvenile -and hateful.
I have had disagreements regarding viewpoints with several posters but never would I think they would write vile things about me on an alternate forum just as I would not do to them. We are adults here - even though some actions sure do not seem that way.
