Have been using T&D for 10 years and would not go to anybody else. Their pricing has not changed since day one.
If you were charged for a service when you were not there I would bet on the side of it not being intentional. The service techs are not infallible book keepers or may who the input to can make an incorrect assumption. It happened to us once and there was no hesitance to credit the erroneous charge.
T&D for reliability and depth of experience...for me.
