Like 300 million people.....is not a fad, a very good friend must have gluten free, it's very serious issue in what she eats.
when we go out to eat she's very careful selecting food and taking to sometimes the owner or chef.
Then they have to deal with my wife and myself as vegans, ordering takes a while
