We have looked into purchasing in nicer RV resorts around the US. Here are three examples from our most recent travels:

Alabama - 82,000-165,000 for the lot, then you get to pay more to build a small building, probably 50,000+ and room for a laundry, small living room, and bath.

Another in Alabama - 199,000 - 419,000 for the lot including a small building similar to above, you complete the interior.

Texas - Prices around 100,000 with no building. We saw homes on the lots that would be on the same level as any Premier home here in TV.

These places only allow class "A" motorhomes.

If TV offered such an arrangement I would be in line to get one.

BTW - I know of one home here in TV that has a very large garage for a motorhome - it is in a premier neighborhood.
