We used a young man who was wonderful, reliable, and professional. We bought our CYV just about a year before we actually retired so we made arrangements to have our lawn maintained. His name is Brian Ruge. 352-561-0001. I thought I would add to this information, I used a home watch company called "The Home Watch". Jeff Halstead is owner and is the person who actually comes to your home and does the inspections. He provided us with updates if anything special needed to be taken care of. (Pest control, weeding).
