I have Fl Blue Lifetime HMO thhru BC/BS. This plan is actually considered a PPO for their dentists.

I found a William Greider, DMD, 352.307.1753

17820 SE 109th Ave, Summerfield.

My first appt is on Tuesday the 25th.

I just need a teeth cleeaning but it SOP for dentist to do a complete exam, before a teeth cleaning can be done.
