Long leases. I know that The Villages allows dogs and provides places for dogs to run unleashed. By providing places for dogs, in my opinion does not mean owners can let their dogs go wherever the owner feels they should be. Dogs should be confined to their property or use the dog parks. They should not be walked on private property
