Default Check before you hire a landscaper
Florida Law: If you transport a plant from one place (supplier) to another (your home) you must be registered as a Stock Dealer with the State of Florida. If this concerns you and you care to check, go to: Register Nursery & Stock Dealer Directory, then under List of Registered Nurseries & Stock Dealers click on "Florida Registered Stock Dealer" then simply look for your contractors name. Then, YOU'LL KNOW.
