It doesn't sound right to me. It was awhile back when I got one of these but I recall the questions had brackets not details. Like are you between this age and this age. It did not ask were I worked only the industry and the length of my commute and if I drove or used public transit. And certainly not my home resale value. What am I going to have my home appraised to answer a survey. Sounds like the info someone would need to pretend to be you and take out a loan on your house.
