If they are selling 3,200 plus NEW homes a year, presumably they are all in the same NEW areas where they are building which is south of 466A. That accounts for apx. 6,500 additional people yearly. I have been here two years and for sure see a difference with an additional 10,000 - 13,000 people added. If you figure this will be going on for another two or three years, that is an additional 20,000 plus people. Widening of roads is occurring and, in fact, new traffic patterns are emerging along with new golf courses and services...slowly...but the population will feel less crowed after things sort themselves and people aren't rushing down below 466A to view open houses, try new courses, see what's happening in Brownwood to try everything out in the new area. Even Eisenhower is a destination now for visitors. It isn't going to be a sleepy area but it should become less frenetic. That's my opinion..not supported by a darn thing.
