and there are a LOT of them) ....it's a beautiful place, fully gated/24 hr manned/..friendly,play any golf course you want with no tee time on any day, just walk on, the courses are some of the BEST conditioned I've ever played, you get a LOT OF HOUSE FOR THE MONEY!!!!..this is more of a quiet lakeside mountain community. ...Cons for me: I hate 4-seasons.I dislike spring,winter the most. I'm from Nashville TN area/same reason I left there, HATE the weather there. I lived most of my life in south La, and just miss the coastal weather, fresh seafood,yadayada and I don't want to have to drive a car 15 minutes away to go to the mall! The nearest big town town is Hot Springs and is nearly 13 miles from my house(for Sams Club, Lowes etc) we do have basics like grocery, Drs dentist, walmart,walgreens etc,otherwise for BIG stores,hospitals,movies etc is 15-20 minutes away
!!!!.. I am just ready to move on...my hubby LOVES EVERYTHING ABOUT HERE or we would have been gone a lot sooner! LOL, He will be 55,and I am 48, I am just ready to move and try something new. This TV sounds like the best place next to where I am...PS, I found out about TV from several groups /neighbors etc that have moved from TV to here.
