We cut out Comcast TV and asked them how much they would charge for internet only (at 25 mgbs). They quoted $75 for internet but $70 for internet+phone for 12 months. Then it will go to $85, but they said "Just call at that time and complain and we will work with you on the rate."
So, we're going to try that for awhile, 'cause Century Link was charging $62+ per month for phone only.
We've had Century Link phone for several years but they could only supply 10 mgbs to our address, UNTIL the time came to disconnect, then they said "Oh, we could have gotten you 25 mbs." Really?
