I am not a fan of all these small, Dean's signs around the area. They have nothing to do with having done an application, but are instead, an advertisement. They give 10 percent off their service if a customer agrees to permanently display a sign in their front yard.
Dean's only puts signs in after the applications is done. It is not only done for advertisement but to warn PET owners an application has been completed. We all remove ours after a day or 2.

You stated about the 10 percent off for permanent display?? Never heard that in the 7 years we've been using them. Besides permanent display of anything is not allowed per your deed.

Massey leaves signage also ... guess that has nothing to do with advertising.
