The Norton Anti-Virus software that is provided at "no cost" is the same full-featured version that thousands of other users pay $150+ for. In addition, there are no monthly/annual charges for virus/definition updates, which is so critical to any anti-virus software. I was an Engineering Fellow for 38 years at a well known High Tech company. I have taken advantage of this "no-cost" offer from Comcast for many years now, and have never had a single virus infect any of my 5 Windows PCs, nor my 2 File Servers.
I would recommend that everyone should so their own research, and consider this "no-cost" option provided by Comcast.
