I just got my bill for amenity fee and it went from $130 to $133..its only $3 but I was very surprised as I thought this fee was never supposed to change. This is news to me and so I checked out the subject matter on TOTV found this to be what happens yearly. Not happy about this.
Makes me wonder what other surprises I'm in for.
