In may area I have the permanent ALARM Clock in my head that wakes me up at 4AM, 3AM your time Soon to be my time. Seems that 46 years of work has brainwashed me into WIDE AWAKE AT 4AM even on days I don't have to work... Geezzz, what a BAD habit.
