That is the wall that separates the villas from the houses. This is a fence not a wall. I am pretty sure that it is up to the Villages maintenance people to take care of the fences.
They should verify it 6 ways from Sunday before they do anything.
I have a wall and I called and was told I had to take care of it. I spent $300 to repair and paint it and then someone from the Villages showed up to repair and paint the entire wall from the beginning of the street to the end of the street. I called and found out from the third call that I made that for some reason it was in the deed restrictions that they would take care of our wall. I never got reimbursed the $300 even though it was THEM that told me I was responsible for the wall.
I let them repaint my wall anyway just to get my money's worth.
