Thanks for the replies. I am still working on just what copies of documents to send them and where to make the copies.

Mostly, I am trying to describe why my finances are such that they are as well as go a bit into my medical record and the like. I did not want to do this over the phone as it is very complicated and I can and do become emotional when going into details. There are also the perjury implications of whatever you say to the Federal Government, police, Interpol, FBI, etc. I do have my JD from the University of Minnesota Law School, Class of 1989, so I do know a little about the ins-and-outs. Plus, I have been writing government agencies since the Summer of 1991. I did pick up some training about how to keep record of documents while a student under Student Director Julie Rose at Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners (Stillwater Office) and then became a Student Director for Stillwater myself. Lots of trips to Minnesota Correctional Facililty-- Stillwater were taken by us students and I would not want to wind up as someone some University of Florida Law School students are visiting in Federal prison because I messed up on my application for ObamaCare. Some of my best friendships at law school came out of Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners including a first love of a female law student Jennifer V. (Class of 1990) whom I lived with for nine months or so after I had graduated in 1989.

I do believe that the Affordable Care Act is something needed for many in the US. I am glad that it seems to be working too. Again, I hope this does not become political.
