A lot of people walk that bridge and cross between the Hacienda pool, the hotel and rec center and I've seen cars fly down that street. I definately see the reason for the 10 mpg zone there. Apparently others don't. I was under the impression from an article in the village news the Lady Lake police were going to start enforcing that zone but I've yet to see them.
