Way too much traffic and rudeness this year. It can't be all Villagers, can it?

I am sorry for using the word snowbird -- should have been "village golf cart drivers" I cant see why anyone would be irritated when a golf cart backs out of a parking spot -- in front of an oncoming vehicle ( assumption )----- "A little courtesy goes a long way buddy."
