We live on the north side of 441/27, in Lake County, we bought last year with an amenity fee of 125.00, this year it went up to 136.00. It will go up every three years from the date of the original deed, when the original owner built the house, not when we bought the house. So in 2010 ours will go up again. Ours is every 3 years because of the county we live in, so its a little more every 3 years than when paying every year. So, it really depends on the county you are in and what you by. Hope this helps!
