I have not even set foot in my new home since closing last month. Today I paid my first of many amenity bills, $130. It was not painful, because in the near future, I know what I have to look forward to: Clean Swimming Pools, Clean Streets, Well kept landscaping, and much more. Executive Golf is great, with a championship course thrown in for good measure
