Llc?
Do most Villagers who rent their homes own some kind of liability insurance or operate as an LLC to ensure against liability concerns of renters? I have read a lot of information about golf cart liability in relation to renting, but not much on the actual liability associated with home rental. Any suggestions? Advice? New to the renting market in Lynnhaven...
