That is the same one I was thinking of when I mentioned it in a previous post.

I built a separate garage just for my motorhome when I had a large enough property to accommodate such a building. I had to go though the zoning and permit process, no problem - and not one neighbor every complained. This was in a very nice neighborhood of some of the most expensive homes around.

Guess what I am getting at - if done right and priced right it is only going to attract people who care about the appearance of their property and their neighborhood.
