New plantings three times a year is absolutely sufficient. I have heard that Morse contributes to this cost because the grounds are a big part of what sells the Villages to potential buyers. Yes, three times a year gets my vote.
Three times a year would save money and would in no way compromise the beauty of TV. It would actually be more beautiful by allowing plants to reach their full potential.
