I suppose there is a stretch possibility, but that would be against the law and while big business sometimes does some "questionable" deeds, I doubt they would openly run such a risk......what are they protecting? Adding another billion? I seriously doubt it. They are much smarter about such things than that......most of them most of the time anyway!

Morse doesn't have development in other locations so there's no gain. Of course it wouldn't be "overt." As cynical as I am about many things, these people aren't stupid. Big business holds the cards in this country and monopoly status can be bought and laws circumvented. Florida (and other states) have a "good ol' boy environment. When it comes to more money you can bet they will be protective.
