I suppose there is a stretch possibility, but that would be against the law and while big business sometimes does some "questionable" deeds, I doubt they would openly run such a risk......what are they protecting? Morse doesn't have development in other locations so there's no gain. Of course it wouldn't be "overt." As cynical as I am about many things, these people aren't stupid. Big business holds the cards in this country and monopoly status can be bought and laws circumvented. Florida (and other states) have a "good ol' boy environment. When it comes to more money you can bet they will be protective.
