My yard water bill has been very high. I went to Talk of the Villages and I found James Baumgartner, who lives here in TV. Lucky me, lucky us! He answered his phone when I called, made an appointment for 4 days later and he was right on time. Lots of adjustments, new rain sensor and a few new sprinkler heads and I'm good to go.
With the cost of water I figure Mr. Baumgartner's tune-up will pay for itself in just a couple of months. We all should have this done twice a year, but at least once a year.
