Interesting, yet it still is a concern to those who are sensitive to it and other additives in the prepared and frozen foods, not to mention restaurant foods or "takeout" establishments like K.F.C.

Scroll down to the very bottom of page of above hyperlink.

Under "Nutrition" CLICK on Food Allergies and Sensitivities link.

Enlarge chart with the "x" at bottom of page to read the columns.

Too tiny to see unless you enlarge the page.

The columns to the far right have a "cross" type symbol in them, showing the MSG, etc.

It isn't just KFC but all fast food and chain restaurants that use flavor enhansers.....

Additionally, frozen food companies such as Stauffers also use them, no matter what they call them......in their family sized dinner casseroles, entrees, etc.

Plainly prepared food at home, with no additives or unnatural ingredients, is still the best way to go, health wise.

So many of today's strange ailments may be attributed to these additives in our food supply.

It's nothing new, but every now and then it is good to check out what we are actually eating......especially while traveling, on the road, and not able to prepare our own meals.

We can all just say "no" at our markets........
Convenience foods may seem great and restaurant foods may taste delicious, but is it worth the cost to our health?

Has anyone read the ingredients on an ice cream container?
In reality, true ice cream should just be a few simple ingredients.
