Do not deal with the idiots in Comcast's "customer service" dept., they have no knowledge as to how to resolve problems but are well scripted on how to apologize to the customer. When I have an issue with Comcast, I contact Debbie Brainard who is the regional service director. She gets the job done! Her email is
