Not just Comcast. I quit Century Link and returned all the equipment and held on to my reciept. Month after month they tried to charge me for equipment not returned. I even went into their local office and thru their computer it showed I owed nothing. After several additional tries showing them reciept for equipment returned they finally agreed that I was right.
