If you've never heard of a Buyer's Agent, it's probably because you've never used one.

I was a Realtor for 30 years and never acted as a buyer's agent,
and none of my friends or associates ever did either.
We worked as transaction agents which simply means (in a nutshell),
that we handled the sale and had to treat everyone fairly.
