It is great not to be the only one that is fed up with Comcast. I am tired of calling them each month over, over charges, increases, etc. They bring a new meaning to bad customer service and greed. I am calling Direct TV tomorrow to get some feedback on their offerings. Hopefully I will be off of them by next month. When we lived up North we had a dish and it was fine. I would really like it if we had some statistics regarding what other services are available in the The Villages, where they are available, contact numbers, etc. There is no question that Comcast has been abusing their customers and continue to get away with it.
