I am not sure how many are aware of this but currently on Cspan3 is a Senate hearing on the merger of Comcast with Time Warner. What a terrible thing as that would really hurt the consumer. Currently I think it can be said that Comcast has the worst Customer Service and continual rate increases. I have spent about 2-3 hours each month over the last 3-4 months trying to understand how and why comcast is increasing our rates. We are also currently exploring what is the best alternative to Comcast and will talk to Direct TV today. Comcast would have unbelievable power if they merge. I have written to our state senator asking that he vote against the merge and would hope more would do the same. I am not normally this active in going after laws but this begs true actions and need to prevent anti trust violations.
