Naneiben, I also lived in Murrysville and went to 1st grade there while my brothers attended Franklin High School. This was many years ago and I remember the school had a "Fire Shoot Tube" and we use to climb up and ride it down. A guy in my College was from Murrysville and his parents owned the Grocery store across from the Methodist Church and down the hill a little. As I recall his name was "Charles". Brings back a lot of memories. It was and most likely still is a great community. We plan a visit there in Sept. to renew our memories and a few other communities in Western PA where we lived.
