If a client is not pleased at a salon, then it is wise to look elsewhere, which you plan to do. I don't think it is necessary for a salon to "go out of business" as you suggest because you are not satisfied with your haircolor. Many others are satisfied which is why it is so hard to get an appointment with this business. Your leaving will make space for someone else and you will be happier too. You did say in your original post that it was stated that "you are never satisfied." That would imply that there have been other times when you were disgruntled, so it must have been more than the change to Paul
Mitchell products. I hope you find a new place to your liking. I am sure all parties will be happy when you are settled elsewhere.
