Although I agree that golf cart traffic violations are a problem, I think they should address violations by licensed vehicles first. I am passed dozens of times daily by cars and trucks WAY over the speed limit and see many, many drivers ignoring red lights and STOP signs. And don't get me started on the inconsiderate @#$&'s that either don't know how or just don't use their turn signals. >
Control them first then the golf cart problem.
