100% Complete Customer Satisfaction: I have completed an inspection of the work performed by Village Landscaping,(VL, LLC) and I agree that I am 100% satisfied with the work performed. There are no deficiencies of any kind.

They make you sign for such. I trusted these guys even since they promised me they would be back shortly to add lights to my water feature and clear coat my outdoor patio since I needed a gutter installed which was done on 12/2. I waited 2 weeks for his gutter contact who never called. They also said they would be back to reset my sprinklers after 30 days-no big deal and trim some dead palms branches and never showed. Repeated attempts thru Dec. and still no contact back from them. Push came to shove and I with held money from my Visa CC.

His response back to the CC company was at the time we were 100% satisfied and referred back to the signed Customer Acknowlegement. He also claimed bad weather during December and January with more rain/cold then usual didn't allow him to return to finish a 1 hour job to clear coat a 9x12 patio. Says it as was explained to me but can't remember when that was.

So I sit here with a 5 grand water feature and most likely the only one without lights in the whole Villages. How can one be 100% sure of a job some one does when they sign such the day of completion. There is no need to sign for such as they consider it law binding. And as happened to me as they thru it back into my face. I think there's better choices for such even if you have to wait longer. And don't sign anything, you will be better off.

Bob,
Why did you sign the document without having the job fully completed? And had you paid him before the work was completed? You are the boss and you had the most important weapon in your arsenal. i.e. The power of the penny. As a consumer you should never have signed anything like that unless and until you were fully satisfied. It appears you were taken advantage of but you do have to look out for yourself. No one else is going to. Thanks for putting out the word on this contractor. I hope no none else will repeat this mistake.
