It only makes sense when there are more and more of these type incidents happening, You may not be able to identy every cart every time when something happens, but a lot of people are being injured (like the recent bicycle rider), and a lot of property (the bumper of the 4x4) is being damaged. I know a lot of people will take exception to my statement, but TV is no longer the friendliest HOMETOWN. It is a wonderful place and I am happy to be here, but it is no longer a small hometown of 20,000 people. The area where I came from is a very large metropolitan area, but the city itself has a much smaller population than TV does now. That area has a very, very large police force that stays busy.
Do I think we are anywhere near all this now?? Will I stand on the corner with a sign that TV is a wil, wicked place?? Of course not, but we all need to think about how to maintain this wonderful place we now live in, and not pretend that it cannot or will not change, As always, this is just my personal opinion. I am sure many of you will totally disagree with me and that is ok. You have your own personal opinion also.
