I'm from the Chicago area and have found a place in Leesburg which has Vienna Hot Dogs Chicago Style - poppy seed bun and all (missing cucumbers, though). It was named A&B something, but has recently changed owners and is now Deputy Dog (same staff, I believe). It is on the left (East) side of 441/27 a couple of blocks before the 441/27 split.
The stand outside Home Depot has a Hot Dog stand which has 2 types of dogs - one is New York style, I believe, with all the fixings.
