Four years ago they did a feasibility and decided a rotary would be best. The know-it-alls said it would not work. Well, guess what, it is a blessing. Traffic flows, no free-for-all, road rage and no major accidents. Also a landscaping business came in a put beautiful flower and shrubs in the center, just like TV.

I know exactly what you mean and I am sure
it eased up on the accidents and helped the flow of traffic.
When you have five streets converging,
that is when most cities put in those circles.
There are quite a few of what you're describing in
south Jersey near Philadelphia.
However, the difference between the kind of circle
you are describing and the circles we have here is the size.
The circles here are so small, there isn't enough space
for them to be effective and work the way they should.
