The video reminds me of what it was like driving in Manila where five people are killed every day from traffic accidents.

The Villages round a bouts are fine. They are perfectly designed. All you have to do is know how to drive.

Making the round a bouts one lane would mean that all the traffic would have to merge before getting to the round a bout. Does anyone really think that would result in less accidents.

When people don't know how to drive, the answer is not to redesign the streets. It's to take their licenses away until they learn how to drive.
