The round-a-bouts traffic circles , rotary whatever name you choose where designed to keep traffic moving. The rounda-bout are really easy and common sense should dictate. However I can see how the first few times may confuse some folks but based on the unnecessary attention these circles are getting it seems some people just can't drive.

it reminds me of the metered ramps in Minneapolis designed to keep the flow of traffic even and/or on/off ramps. some folks just not assertive enough to go with the flow and would disrupt traffic patterns.

I was approaching the Beleverde Gate the other day and had to stop opposite the old library. when I looked ahead a there were only three vehicles ahead of me. However the front vehicle stopped to let golf carts pass, except the flow of traffic out of the gate was non-stop. instead of moving forward the guy stayed stopped until approximately 11 or so car s passed then he let the golf carts pass and then moved forward . However by that time several cars were now backed up behind me. This is the type of driver that creates problem at the round-abouts. Instead of focusing on design problems the county ought to focus on driver problems
