If you live out of the area, they definitely will mail it. I just ordered ~ an hour ago. The guide costs $5 and the shipping is $5. I also asked them not to mail it until Monday, and include the Sunday edition of The Villages Daily Sun. That cost me an additional $4 for the paper with shipping. I put the $14 in charges on a charge card. I suggest you call back and keep calling back until you reach an employee who knows what (s)he is doing.
