I am for "ready golf" However, there are a number of ways to achieve that objective. I disagree with those who insist that a player should move to forward tees because I played with guys who don't hit a long ball but are good at their short game and so end up scoring better than the long ball hitter.

In the groups i play with we play Callaway golf on the executive course. Actually i won't take more than 4 strokes on an executive course so as not to slow up play.

The problem is most people spend too much time chatting and not concentrating on their game

when it comes to play at the executive courses i apply a live let live philosophy.

I wish people would not be so judgmental about other golfers
