You may not be able to just include Villagers only. You may have to provide the coverage for anyone that wishes to purchase the Insurance. The average repair for sink holes is between $25 to $45 thousands. There is a reason why Insurance Companies are very reluctant to provide this coverage any more. Just because your dealing with people in The Villages does not mean you will not run into the same problems. I wish you all the luck with your project.
