Have it semi-fixed. Somehow, ActiveX was enabled (would love to know how that happened since I know I didn't click on it), which disabled Flash. Sadly, I'm one of those people who know just enough to be dangerous. However, once I shut ActiveX down, things began opening up but it is slowwwwww. Don't think that is my computer, though; think that issue is CenturyLink at its worst.
And, yes, Flash was not working in IE, either (forgot to mention that since I loathe IE, I only use it to check Chrome issues).
