Truthfully, I can't tell the difference regarding their "quality meat" and other places who don't profess that. How does their "quality meat" differ from some other places who simply serve a good burger? Square 1 puts mayo on their burgers which make them "juicier," but anyone can do that (and most places don't.).

As far as "quality meat" goes, 5 Guys beef is never frozen and as a matter of fact, either is Wendy's. I would have to live my life eating only hormone free, antibiotic free, etc, for that to matter as a selling point for going there.
