Complaining to the manager at Red Rocks though would have been quite foolish as half the spectators seemed to be smoking something.

My reason for posting this was that it might help someone who finds themselves with this person smoking in a Villages' movie theater who reads TOTV and would like to do something about a smoker.

I like to pick my battles and this did not seem one worth starting with the smoker.

Not saying you should have "reported" the smoker, just ask management the policy. I am sure some of the "19th hole" lawyers will give you and opinion...........allthough it may be the wrong one.
